• Test scores, attempt history, topic accuracy, and XP/streak data
• Usage data and session logs

Data sharing & Locations

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes. Platform hosted on Render (Frankfurt, EU). AI insights use anonymised data only (Groq, USA, under SCCs). Email via Brevo (GDPR-compliant, EU).

Children's privacy

Embrace Maths is designed for children aged 8–11 under parental supervision. We collect only the minimum data necessary for the platform to function.

Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request data deletion at any time.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Embrace Maths, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Who may use the platform

Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.

Subscriptions and payments

Access to 10-minute practice tests requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew.

Refund policy

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have a 14-day right to cancel. By starting a practice test or accessing a mock exam, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to a refund is waived once the service has been accessed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share login credentials outside your household or attempt to copy or redistribute any platform content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
